ITO supports a number of 'crowd-sourced' data collection projects, which allow users to actively engage with transport provision in exciting new ways. ITO supports the innovative use of information technology by the traveling public in a major new government sponsored initiative.

	A product allowing OpenStreetMap contributors and users to monitor changes to content within defined geographical areas and to analyse different aspects of the data.
	Supporting transport professionals across the UK to improve the quality of the National Public Transport Access Node (NaPTAN) database which contains details of every bus stop, ferry terminal, metro and train station in the country.
