Peter has a track record of innovation from the beginnings of personal computers, through to the development of real-time transport data standards. After a successful period as CTO of ACIS, he founded ITO World to realise his vision of smarter decision making through innovative use of data. Peter is a long standing contributor and OpenStreetMap expert, leading the creation of tools that enable communities to collaborate around open data.

Hal Bertram, CTO

Hal brings his unique talents from the Hollywood CGI industry to data visualisation and analysis. Having built the CG department at the Jim Henson Company, he co-founded ITO World to apply these processes to real world problems. Hal leads the development of ITO World's technology stack and is the artistic director behind ITO's data visualisation.

Christopher Osborne, Business Development Director

Christopher is an expert in geospatial, data analysis and web technology. Having designed realtime Business Intelligence systems at Transport for London, he product manages and shapes our emerging technology into solutions for the market. He is a Member of the Digital Advisory Board to the Mayor of London, advises the Cabinet Office and founded the successful location technology conference, WhereCampEU.

Matt Dolan, Sales & Marketing Manager

Matt has a wealth of experience working overseas and a talent for foreign languages; speaking Russian, Japanese and Arabic. He has worked in sales and marketing posts for the last ten years in a variety of sectors including Higher Education at the University of East Anglia's Low Carbon Innovation Centre and e-learning at Epic Multimedia. Matt develops relationships with potential customers for ITO, aligning client requirements with ITO's technologies.

Chris Reason, Developer

Chris is an emerging talent in the analysis and presentation of geodata with interactive web interfaces. With a background working on future internet projects at BT, he brings strong development skills and the creativity to prototype new products. Chris is currently working on ITO Map, the interface to our mapping and data browsing platform.

Shane Reynolds, Senior Developer & Deployment Manager

Shane is one of the UK's foremost technical experts on transport data, and combines system architecture prowess with user interface design. Having been Product Manager at ACIS, he brings extensive experience leading the technical development of real-time Intelligent Transport Systems software, in use throughout Europe. Shane manages the full life cycle of ITO's products and ensures they deploy to our clients' satisfaction.
