#BODSisBeautiful goes Coastal
Our #BODSisBeautiful series of data visualisations goes coastal for a new vibrant and somewhat tropical view of public transport on some of the most iconic English coastlines!
Coastal bus services provide important economic and social lifelines and we wanted to highlight these in the most beautiful way possible.
The BODS series of animations is all about showcasing the data that’s hosted on the platform but these animations have grown throughout the year into little dioramas, each giving a sense of place and insight into public transport mobility throughout the UK.
Our design team had a lot of fun creating these little scenes which include everything from swarming seagulls, to hot air balloons and even working (!) roller coasters.
